View Controls

The View Controls are used to rotate the view, show and hide objects, store a view, change the projection, fit objects in the view, and take section cuts. They are located in the lower left corner of the modeling window.

Ribbon Tabs

Use the File, Edit, and View tabs to access menus containing standard functions. The File tab is also where you can access system preferences, help, tutorials, and the license wizard.

Use the Geometry and Structure tabs to access tools organized in icon groups. Icons may provide access to several different tools, and hovering over an icon may reveal additional satellite icons.

The Ribbon allows you to quickly access tools and standard functions, and is located at the top of the Inspire application window. You can also create a custom ribbon containing tools that you frequently use.
